This paper examines the application of drama therapy in the training of multidisciplinary teams within socio-health contexts, focusing on an experience carried out between 2007 and 2014 in Addiction Services (SER.D) in Friuli Venezia Giulia, Italy. Through techniques such as simulation, dramatization, and improvisation, drama therapy emerges as a training device capable of integrating emotional, relational, and professional dimensions, fostering the development of transversal skills among practitioners. The experience highlights how this approach enhances the management of complex situations, interprofessional communication, and emotional awareness, while also promoting psychological well-being and preventing burnout. Particular attention is given to its application in the Overnight Project, a harm reduction initiative in leisure contexts, where multidisciplinary teams composed of educators, nurses, and psychologists operate in highly complex environments. Findings suggest that drama therapy is an effective tool for supporting professional resilience and improving the quality of educational and socio-health interventions
