From the experience I will recount, the importance of observation, listening, the interplay between the biological and the social, and relationships emerges as fundamental pedagogical and educational tools. These are essential for giving the right value to the person and for understanding them in a holistic way, without falling into the sometimes irreversible mistake of reducing them to a label that may influence the development of their personality.
