The article introduces NeuroPedagogy as a bridge discipline between pedagogy, neurology, and anthropology, aimed at understanding and promoting learning processes throughout the life cycle. Following the professional recognition of educators and educationalists by Italian Laws 205/2017 and 55/2024, the authors emphasize the need for a scientific university path that avoids the “diagnostic drift”. The proposed framework views the mind as an integrated system of body, brain, and environment, highlighting the role of experience and social interaction in brain development. The training aims to provide professionals with scientific autonomy and cross-disciplinary skills to operate in various formal and informal educational contexts
